Children must meet specific age requirements:

• All required application forms, including the Physician’s Report and Record of Immunizations, must be submitted prior to or on the first day of school.

• Toddlers: At least 2.0 years of age. Potty training not necessary for those who are two years old upon enrollment.

• Preschoolers and PreK: At least 3.0 years of age and maximum age of 5 years old. Must be potty trained.

• Fill out a separate Enrollment Application Form for each child.
• Sign the Acknowledgement of Admission Procedures and Waiting List Policies document for each child.
• Pay a $100 non-refundable application fee per child.
  

• Please ensure that all required medical documents, including the Physician’s Report and Record of Immunizations, are provided.
• Make checks payable to “JCYC” and mail them to:

• Once all required items are received, each child's name will be placed on our waiting list.
• Chibi Chan Preschool and Chibi Chan Too are currently accepting applications for Fall 2023 and future enrollment.
