Our History

Chibi Chan Preschool emerged from a recognized need within the community for high-quality early childhood education and care. Founded as part of the Japanese Community Youth Council (JCYC), our founders identified a gap in services for young children and their families. They observed that many families lacked access to affordable preschool options that aligned with their cultural values and educational priorities. Committed to supporting the holistic development of children, they created Chibi Chan to provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where children could thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
