Building a Positive Community

In 2011, we introduced a program-wide framework for positive behavior, creating shared expectations for children, families, and staff. These values are integrated into daily activities and prominently displayed in classrooms, fostering a supportive and consistent learning environment. Our core expectations—Be Friendly, Be Respectful, and Be Safe & Healthy—encourage kindness, cooperation, and well-being in everything we do.
