Financial Assistance & Tuition

At Chibi Chan Preschool and Chibi Chan Too, we are committed to making high-quality early childhood education accessible to all families. Our programs are supported by the San Francisco Department of Early Childhood (DEC) through the Early Learning For All (ELFA) initiative, which ensures that income-eligible families receive the financial assistance needed for quality early care and education for children ages 0-5. We offer a variety of financial support options.

Fully Funded ELFA Spaces

San Francisco families earning between 0% and 110% of the Area Median Income (AMI) may qualify for a fully funded Early Learning For All (ELFA) space.

Tuition Credit ELFA Spaces

Families earning above 110% but at or below 150% of the AMI may qualify for a tuition credit through ELFA.

Private Pay Tuition

Families who do not qualify for ELFA, we offer private pay tuition rates, while remaining dedicated to keeping our programs affordable for working families. Additionally, we provide JCYC scholarships to further assist families in need.
