Our Enrollment Process

• Toddler Classrooms
  ‍Children must be at least 2 years old at the time of enrollment. Potty training is not required for children enrolling at age 2.

• Preschool Classrooms
  Children ages 3-5 years old should by fully potty trained upon enrollment. The maximum enrollment age is 5 years old.

• ✔ JCYC and Chibi Chan staff & affiliates
• ✔ Siblings of current or past enrolled families
• ✔ Families who have participated in other JCYC programs
• ✔ Families of the Rose Court Community/Booker T Washington Community Service Center
• ✔ Teachers, non-profit employees, and single-parent families
  

Enrollment vacancies are filled from our waitlist. To be placed on the waitlist, families must submit:

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, check (payable to “JCYC”), or billed on Procare. For more details, please refer to our Admission Policy and Procedures

• A completed Application for Enrollment form
• Have read and understood the school’s Admission Policy and Procedures
• A $100 non-refundable application fee (waived for income-eligible families)
