At Chibi Chan, our inquiry-based Project Approach Curriculum nurtures curiosity through hands-on exploration, integrating real-life experiences, multicultural activities, and collaborative learning.
At Chibi Chan, we follow an inquiry-based Project Approach Curriculum that encourages children to explore topics connected to their real-life experiences. Guided by teachers, students investigate meaningful questions—such as who, what, when, why, where, and how—through hands-on activities that integrate science, math, language, literacy, physical development, social-emotional growth, and creative expression. By fostering exploration across all areas of development, we help children grow cognitively, socially, emotionally, and physically. Parent involvement is also encouraged to enrich each child’s learning journey.
We deeply value the diversity within our community and make it a priority to incorporate multicultural activities throughout the year. By actively engaging families and inviting them to share their cultural traditions—whether through art, cooking, dance, music, or other practices—we create a rich, inclusive learning environment that broadens our students' understanding of the world and enhances their development.
